I placed a sizeable order on 5/24/21 and it is 6/13/21 and still nothing... These shirts were ordered for my son going abroad and he needed shirts. He left a week ago and I had to purchase shirts elsewhere and had them delivered in 4 days. I have now spent double the money for shirts and still waiting for my order from True Classic.
I am NOT happy!

The entire team has been beyond helpful and accommodating. Speedy replies and always putting the customer first. It has been a true pleasure to interact with everyone. I appreciate the fact that I deal with real people who bring a helpful personal touch to each encounter. I am a very satisfied customer.
I have been in communication with both Jordan and Lauren. They are incredible assets to the team and whatever they are being paid, it's not enough!
Truly, thank you for making this retail experience pleasant.

UPDATE: Jacqueline was very nice and helpful over the phone and I received a total refund. I was asked to return these shirts that apparently are in an infinite shipping loop? I let her know that I would gladly donate them to a homeless shelter in the event that they magically appear one day. Asking me to take care of shipping them back even though they were going to send me a label was rich. I hope they give a Jacqualien a raise before the company goes defunct. Again, avoid at all costs - because they are steep.
The shirts are comfortable. That's it. The customer service is awful but nothing compared to the way they ship. I have waited almost a month for my order only to see it get extended again and again...The order arrived in my area a week ago but nothing delivered. Go to Walmart - save a BUNDLE. They spend a ton on advertising but apparently, the order $ is what counts. Getting it to you is another thing altogether. DO NOT BUY THESE SHIRTS FROM THIS COMPANY. It is not worth the serious money you plop down to get a lousy shirt.

You have exceptional customer service. Thank you for your quick response and fast delivery. Both of my separate orders arrived in time to wear on my weekend date. She was impressed. Thanks for the help.

I am very satisfied with True Classic T-shirts -- the fabric, the feel, the fit, the colors, and that's why I ordered again. A human error occurred in the second order when I received a wrong size in an order of 4 T-shirts. I sent an email, and I received an immediate response, and two days later I received a replacement with the size I originally ordered. The support team was responsive and super interactive.

I needed some new basic plain tee shirts and found True Classic Tess online. Decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. Great shirts. Soft material, good fit and simple style. Excellent customer service as well.

The shirts fit amazing. Always good to get two unsolicited "I like that shirt" on the first day of wearing one. Had an issue with a collar and customer service sent me a new one no questions asked. Awesome job TCT, I already placed a second order!

Terrible t-shirts. Unraveling at the neck line the first week I owned them, did not even survive one wash. Washed on cold, dried to damp, hing them up and they shrank from a large to a size medium. Totally unwearable shirt.

The shirts are great, but I had an issue with them shrinking. Customer services was on it immediately. They have already sent me a long version of their size large shirt. No hassle at all, just grade A service. Unheard of now of days. Thank you Classic Tees, looking forward to purchasing more shirts in the future.

Customer service was great. T-shirts were way better than I expected. Shipping was slow but that is not their fault because they are at the mercy of the carriers. 100% will be back for more.

This company had great customer service and they donate funds to a great veteran cause. I ordered size Large, but the length and size were a little bigger on me than expected. I returned them for a Medium’s that have a much better fit for me. I am 5’10 190lbs, but more of an athletic appearance. They even helped expedite my package as soon as I got them scanned at Fedex. I am very happy overall especially with the quality of material. Look forward to continuing business for sure!

While I originally had an issue with the shipping, near two weeks to receive the product I do have to say that their customer service went above and beyond to make sure that my order was filled, within a day of reaching out they had overnighted a brand new package with one additional shirt to make up for the shipping error, can’t be customer service like that these days
